Leaf me alone!

The other day I got into a very strange, very childish argument with someone.

What was the cause of this immature quarrel?

Orange Juice. Yes, orange juice.

Not only do I just absolutely hate arguing, because most times it is a circular argument, but I loathe even more when there is just no way of even slightly getting to the other person because he/she is so hot-headed and stubborn. As well as irrational at that point. It's just so UGH. It's just pathetic and ridiculous.

However, what I dislike even more than a temper tantrum diva is one who is passive aggressive afterwards. Clearly you are still angry, but do I really care anymore? Can't it just be dropped? You got the orange juice you wanted...

This person literally made me think of this video, I suppose I would be the goat in this example. Only because it got to the point where it I just wanted the idiot yelling at me to just leave!

Although nothing has been resolved and the tension in the house could literally smack you in the face if you walked in the door, I now have a smug little smile thinking of this video every time I must encounter the other individual. It just makes being around this person a little bit more bearable.

Also, this video doesn't hurt either for a good pick-me-up!

Mousetrap.

In light of the news received from President Obama today, I was put in a state of disbelief.

Not due to the fact of how one man was able to play hide and seek with America's CIA for almost ten years or because his death symbolizes for many one step closer to being out of the Middle East, it's the eerie feeling I get watching mobs of people outside the White House rejoicing the death of a man.

Don't get me wrong, I am well aware of the heinous crimes he committed as well as gave instructions to, but pondering this day in history, I feel somewhat ashamed seeing people boozing up and celebrating the murder of a human being. It just seems barbaric and wrong. Yet, I also understand everything executed by him was also barbaric and wrong.

I guess I just see this milestone as bittersweet.

To switch to a lighter subject, I recently watched a "song" made of Carl Sagan's many theories he proposed during his lifetime. Although I personally hate when people take snips of lectures and try to create something interesting out of it to seem all artsy fartsy, I took a real liking to this video.

Also, for those of you who are unfamiliar with Mr. Sagan, he is an extraordinary man who wanted humankind to learn more from the cosmos in order to become a better civilization. Whatta guy.

He was also a firm believer of legalizing marijuana.

On that note:
